The upgraded room was nicely furnished with a great view, and the breakfast was enjoyable, with a convenient location just a 10-15 minute walk from the city's cathedral.

The apartments at Le Pier Toulouse Hotel - Ortus are simply amazing! We stayed in one of the air-conditioned apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a flat-screen TV. The balcony with river views was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The private bathroom with bathrobes and slippers added a touch of luxury. We also appreciated the minibar and free bottles of mineral water in the room. It felt like a home away from home!

Personally, the only thing I didn't enjoy as much was the limited number of rooms for guests with reduced mobility. However, I understand that this could vary depending on individual preferences and needs.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - just across the street from a tram stop and close to the centre without being noisy. I also loved that there were a lot of restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. The cleanliness and facilities were really impressive - my room was well-maintained and had everything I needed. It was also great to have access to parking and transportation options. Finally, the staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, as it is nicely located very close to downtown and just across the street from the Palais de Justice tram stop. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the historical centre of Toulouse. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent service with amenities like dry cleaning, laundry, ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a sink, free toiletries, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the rooms.

With such great services and amenities, it's hard to find any downsides to this place. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Toulouse.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the transport system and within walking distance of Toulouse central, the museum, churches, restaurants, and cafes. The view from the 6th floor dining area is breathtaking. The breakfast provided more than enough options to start our day.
